Phoenix is an Internet of Things (IoT) enterprise with the vision to offer ubiquitous access of its systems in every domain. The focus is on being a ‘complete solutions company’ rather than being just an ‘integration or product company’. The team consists of members who have decade long hands-on experience in designing, deploying & maintaining electronic surveillance systems.

Current Market Landscape

Currently India is one of the fastest growing markets for security systems growing at the rate of 30 percent, whereas the world market, which is mature, is growing at a lower rate of 10-12 percent. The global industry size of electronic security systems at present is USD 60 billion and the Indian industry size is expected to reach 2bn+ by 2020. These estimated figures are excluding the defense purchases, which is a critical segment having great potential for growth. At the grass root level, people have realized proactive prevention is the need of the hour. Therefore there is constant increase in demand for electronic surveillance systems in all sectors – commercial, residential, retail, banks, industries, etc.

Addressing the Challenges

Poor bandwidth and network are one of the main challenges that are being faced in India. This poses a challenge to relay real time surveillance feeds from places with shared internet and to be remotely accessed from smart phones / monitoring centers. To rise above these challenges, PHOENIX hardware uses proprietary compression standards.

Another challenge is availability of stable & continuous power in remote locations. PHOENIX overcomes this challenge by providing self-sustained power backup for equipment at fraction of the cost of expensive UPS with bulky batteries.

PHOENIX offers end-to-end electronic surveillance & automation solutions. These include systems for real time prevention (access control, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, sensors) and post mortem (video & audio footage). It also offers clients remote & on-site managed services to 24X7 monitor systems installed by it.
