“To have real success in a company you want to empower not just the leadership but everybody in the company to be able to demonstrate the growth,” reckons Rajiv Dewan, Managing Partner, Indigo Arc. On the lines of it, the company operates with a flat structure, so that every individual (employee or client) can have direct access to the leadership at all given time. This ideology has helped the firm achieve a fantastic job satisfaction level and the proof of which is the employees who have stayed with the firm almost since its inception, having 11 to 10 years of experience working at Indigo Arc. Additionally, a close-knit team of 38 people understands the company ethos and work together as one unit to achieve the best customer satisfaction level, making it stand out in the market.

Indigo Arc works on large infrastructure projects to provide both—the on-site data center based infrastructure as well as cloud infrastructure.

Indigo Arc works on large infrastructure projects to provide both—the on-site data center based infrastructure as well as cloud infrastructure. The expertise of the company usually comes into play when the client has hit a roadblock in its infrastructure development. Working at multi-levels, they first evaluate the system built by the clients, and in the process determine the root cause. After which, they offer customized solutions that will benefit the customer most, once the system is integrated and deployed, the company assists validating them too. Besides, another part of their offering includes supporting the enterprises with system architecture roles, leadership roles, infrastructure implementation all the way down to core technical resources where actual validation of the systems reliability and disaster recovery takes place. "We are an infrastructure company, which helps our customers build a reliable, fault-tolerant, highly available platform on which to build and deploy their applications.
Our services and solutions cover infrastructure on-premises as well as in the cloud," mentions Rajiv.

Citing one of their customer success stories Rajiv points to a client involved in transit solution, they were facing many problems deploying their data center and going live. Their requirement was for high availability and performance, which their data center was not able to perform at the required level. Therefore, the client asked Indigo Arc to do a quick assessment to validate the architecture and determine the fault. In just a few preliminary tests, that the company did, they faced massive system outages, and the system kept crashing because the implementation of the infrastructure was flawed. They started working along with the client mitigating the flaws at multiple levels, which took about 18 months, to deploy the re-worked infrastructure. In addition to providing high availability and ensuring the performance standards are at par with the requirements, the company also installed a disaster recovery solution for the client. Finally, with all the issues taken care of, the client’s system went live without any problem.

Indigo Arc for future is focusing on providing public cloud infrastructure to the private agencies planning to move to the cloud. "We will be offering a more cloud-focused solution for transit and of course also for healthcare that we hope to release in the 18 months,” concludes Rajiv.
