Still considered as a developing country, India ranks third in terms of number of billionaires in the world. Indian billionaires are growing year by year with Mukesh Ambani climbing to the 13th spot. Despite coming from different backgrounds, Indian billionaires lead a very luxurious life when it comes to owning supercars, vintage classics, sedans, SUVs, convertibles. Their fascination towards automobiles is definitely one to note. Read ahead through the article and know more about the amazing car collections these billionaires have in their humongous garage.[$$$$]

Mukesh Ambani

Being the richest Asian in the world, Mukesh Ambani leads a very luxurious life and it’s no surprise that he owns most of the expensive and rare cars in the world. It is believed that the Ambani residence called ‘Antilia’ can hold up to 168 cars. For his remarkable car collection, Ambani has allotted six floors just for the cars, plus a car service station too. His thumping car collection includes BMW i8, two Bentley Bentaygas, Bentley Mulsanne, Mercedes Maybach S660 Pullman Guard, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Mercedes G63 AMG, two Range Rover SUVs, Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe, Porsche Cayenne, Mercedes Benz W221 S-Guard, Aston Martin Rapide, BMW 7-Series High Security, Lamborghini Urus, Rolls Royce Cullinan SUV, and several other monsters as well. Despite his car collection, Mukesh also owns an Airbus 319 Corporate Jet, a yacht, a Boeing Business Jet 2 and a Falcon 900EX, private jet.[$$$$]

Lakshmi Mittal

The King of Steel, Lakshmi Mittal claims that every 5th car produced in the world uses his steel. Mittal is currently the fourth richest Indian in the world and his love for cars is indeed special. The ArcelorMittal owner owns around 20 luxury cars including a Porsche Boxster and a Mercedes Benz C-Class. Remarkably, he owns a RV which is known as the ‘Palace on Wheels’ and it has a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a garage for car parking (yes, a van that can park a car, just wow!). Apart from the luxury cars, he also owns two private yachts and a Gulfstream 550 Jet which is one of the world’s most expensive jets.[$$$$]

Ratan Tata

One of the best-known businessmen in India, Ratan Tata has a stylish car garage of his own when it comes to luxury cars. The former Chairman of the Tata Group has some pretty cars in his garage which includes supercars like Maseratti Quattroporte, Cadillac XLR, Ferrari California, Mercedes-Benz 500 SL, Land Rover Freelander, Mercedes-Benz W124, Chrysler Sebring, and Mercedes Benz S Class.  He usually uses Mercedes as he has been spotted numerous times in the back seat of his Mercedes Benz S Class when it zooms across the Mumbai City. He also owns cars like Tata Nexon and Tata Indigo Marina, as the latter is heavily modified to make space for his beloved canine companions.[$$$$]

Anil Ambani

Just like his older brother Mukesh, Anil Ambani also holds that grand interest in owning expensive cars of the world. Being a very outgoing person, his precious collection includes cars such as Lamborghini Gallardo, Rolls Royce Phantom, Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W222), Range Rover Vogue, Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W221) and Toyota Fortuner. Anil usually drives to work in his yellow Lamborghini as the yellow paint schemes on the Gallardo makes it even more eye-catching. Being a marathon-lover, he travels in his black Toyota Fortuner to the marathon venues from his home.[$$$$]

Gautam Singhania

The Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond Group, Gautam Singhania is a person who is very passionate about fast cars and customized cars. The notable cars from his prestigious collection are Ferrari 458 Speciale, Nissan Skyline GT-R, Ariel Atom, Lamborghini Aventador SV, Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren 720S, BMW 3-Series and more.  In 2008, he even made it into the Limca Book of Records, after he set the record for the fastest time to drive a quarter mile. He used to compete in drag races across the country and has also participated in the Ferrari Challenge in Abu Dhabi with his Ferrari 458 Speciale. Gautam’s Ariel Atom has no roof or doors, but after the heavy modification, it can accelerate better than the mighty Bugatti Veyron. What differs him from the rest of the billionaires is the fact that he spends a lot in modifying the expensive cars and makes it highly performing. His illustrious car collection indicates the fast machines and his garage is one of a kind when it comes to other billionaires.
