History
Wave Online LLC is the IT division of D.C. Mills Group of companies having operations in Virginia Beach, VA, and Dalton, Georgia. DC Mills launched its business endeavor in 1982 with expansion and diversification interests in steel, furniture manufacturing, coir products, healthcare and has an annual turnover of 250 Million USD. Since the inception, the group steadily expanded internationally establishing manufacturing units in various sectors and offices across the globe for production/marketing. In anticipation of a huge potential for growth, the group has also made an initial investment of $50 million in Iron and Steel.

Wave Online LLC has been formed in 1999 to enhance the standards of medical transcription and document management services through the use of high-end technology and quality of service under the norms of HIPAA rules. Our corporate office is located in Virginia Beach, and we are also privileged to have operational base overseas with our renowned production centers in southern part of India.

Mr. K.J. Dennis, President, and Anoop S.R., Vice President, together founded Wave Online LLC after recognizing the huge potential for setting an industry standard in promoting quality service and facilitating cost-saving efforts in healthcare documentation .

Mr. Dennis has a business experience of over 40 years and has successfully run many business ventures and is the key person responsible for strategic decisions of all the divisions. Mr. Anoop looks after the IT and healthcare division .

Being industry insiders, the management panel has been aware of the fact that many providers fail in their responsibilities to be consistent and efficient in their service, and some are even found to be undercapitalized for technology sophistication and thereby failing to provide secure and cost-effective solutions. Such an industry analysis has helped us in strategic planning and goal setting to improve our organizational competence to a top-notch performance, and over a period of time, our goals have been made possible by improvement initiatives and technology upgrading, which have always been the major focus to achieve a high degree of organizational competency and success.

Our transcription system ensures each document to go through two-level editing, proofreading, and a random check at the final phase by quality review specialists to reassure the quality standards.
