About
The Beanpod profiling
takes a holistic approach we profile both the participating managers and the systems
which is the environment that they operate in. This helps us not only understand the
participating managers it also gives us an understanding of the constraints and the
enablers in their environment.
We recommend a psychometric profile of
participating managers done using a proven and reputed psychometric tool such as
Thomas Profiling or the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Alternately, we will get a
profile of the managers using our tools that requires completion of the instrument by
the participating manager, his immediate manager, two direct reports or one peer and
one direct report. This if followed by a detailed discussion and validation with all
members who completed the instrument.
In profiling the system; the facilitator will
study the technology deployed, its capabilities and extent of implementation; the
facilitator will also study the processes and tools used by the organization in
managing people to measure success and performance, reward programs, and other
initiatives to understand how it enables or constraints the manager’s ability
to deliver team performance.
On completion of both, the facilitator will have a one on one with the
participating manager and in some cases with the immediate manager or unit leader or
even a direct report.
