A majority of the prospective engineering graduates and professionals of today often lack the key hands on skills and the ability to formulate, analyze and solve real life engineering problems using the standard engineering techniques. More and more corporations of the engineering industry have realized this lack in the hands on training and mentoring provided to them and hence have found the urgent need of conducting in house training programs to overcome this shortage of core knowledge, skill, exposure and experience particularly with the engineering industry going through a fast paced technological growth.

We strongly feel that freshers, engineers and individuals with an aspiration of their career as an hardware or software designer & developer be sufficiently trained in those particular fields essentially after they have just stepped out of their respective professional colleges / educational institutions and do not have much or any technical and / or practical experience.
