The company mission is incorporated in our logo, “Quality Wordsmiths”. The management team is dedicated to continually developing a pool of transcriptionists, employing stringent QA methods and creating a passion for quality, ensuring consistent quality as well as quick scalability.

All employees are college educated and over 40% hold a Masters degree. The operations team comprises of highly qualified and experienced professionals who were among the early entrants to be inducted into the field.

Dedicated teams are allocated to individual clients and these teams act as extensions of the clients own office. The Account Manager liaisons directly with the client to ensure that client processes and procedures are followed to deliver quality at the specified levels.
