Our Executive team comprises of a mix of professionals in Engineering, Management and operations with embedded industry specialization. Our leadership team brings in a vast experience of operating in a cross cultural environment across the world. We believe in our employees being our strategic assets and our most important stakeholders. We, at Nano Scientific Research Centre  thereby have a commitment to reward performance and promote a feeling of collective leadership and shared responsibility.

Nano Scientific Research Centre has an in-house education & training facility for building skills and expertise of people. The integrated HR Policy is in place for attracting potential employees and retaining the existing employees. Our Quality group works closely with project delivery groups to ensure that there is consistency, continuity and predictability in project deliveries to clients.

Technical Staff

NSRC Faculty team consists of Experienced Design Managers, Project Leaders, Senior Design Engineers and Application Engineers having wide practical exposure. They share their Industry knowledge on Design Concepts, Coding, Best and Most effective ways. this makes a significant difference to the program and also to the quality of Engineers Graduating from the Institute.

All instructors have years of experience in teaching / training. Each of them have higher professional university degree and specializations. Students find that our instructors are well informed about the current technological developments, who don't restrict their knowledge imparting process within the curriculum. NSRC also provides periodic skill enhancement of all the instructors to ensure high competency and effective methodology.

Our trainers bring the human touch to your learning initiatives. Our trainers are not just people with technical skills, but have teaching or learning and Instructional Design backgrounds as well. The Trainer monitors the progress of each trainee in the course and takes action for enforcing discipline in completing the tasks assigned.
