Col's Calibre Educational Innovators Pvt Ltd., is the "BRAIN CHILD" of Colonel P. Jeyaraj who has more than 30 years of experience in training and development activities. This centre is 12 years old which has more than four 'Dozen' trainers specially trained, some by British Council, on various aspects of English Language training, Personality Enhancement, IELTS, TOEFL and OET, placed at Coimbatore, Chennai, Salem, Erode and Madurai.

We have the reputation of producing Band 7 and above in IELTS consistently. We also claim to have produced several Band 8.5s which is certainly WORLD CLASS. We always maintain and produce with pride all copies of our results for the perusal of our prospective participants.

The centre has the most systematic approach to English language teaching, IELTS, TOEFL and OET training for bringing the participants to their best in a very short time. We are pioneers in designing and implementing PSI (Personalized System of Instructions) which is commonly known as ONE – TO – ONE system of training. Our personality development programme has ensured placements for many technically qualified participants in leading companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant Technologies, TATA Elixi, Inautix, Honeywell, HCL, etc., Col's Calibre always urges professionals to have a 'face to face' meeting with trainers to decide suitable trainers for them.

We have the distinction of having produced in IELTS Band 9 Band 9 in SPEAKING, LISTENING and READING in a large number of candidates. In March 2008 our Salem candidate Dr. Anu Sudha sprang a surprise with 8.5 overall, a dream band by Global Standards. It is 9/9 in both Listening and Reading. Our competence was once again unleashed in the form of another Band 8.5 by N.Sukumar in the month of October2008. The third and fourth Band 8.5s were scored by two of our participants G.Sharath and S.Sureshkumar in April and June 2009 respectively. The day is not far off when we would announce a perfect 9/9 overall to the world.
