like how to start and finish up a project, leading a team of 20+ members and many
more. The passion of starting up our venture was there from our college days.
During our tenure with our previous employer, we realized that we executed and
delivered the projects of USD 1 Million and this further raised our confidence
to start up our new venture.

I would take it as the
most strategic decision. For us, it was to extend RBT in Mobility & to
invest heavily in Sales & Marketing. We are happy to see the results.
Situation today is that RBT is known for its SMEs in Mobility and have been
crowned as top mobile developers by an independent resarch company -
SourcingLine.
Your experience with investors
Actually, RBT has grown
on its own and we never had/felt any requirement of Investment. However, Our
unique solutions and consistency in quality, attracted many offers for
investment and JV. Mainly, these offers we received from Mobility Companies
from US.
Company you admire
For me the best company is
RBT, every brick is thought & designed by us. However, I admire Apple Inc.
led by Steve Jobs. Apple always cared about quality products and this is one
company which revolutionized the entire mobile industry & tablet industry.
Advice to young entrepreneurs
My advice starts with
this statement "If you are able to see it, you can shoot at it".
India needs Entrepreneurs and if you want to realize something then you need to
visualize it first. Dream it, design it and execute It.
