Company Profile

I  started  Mobitrack back in 2009 as a one man show inspired by mobile Technology .We specialize in Location based service for FieldForce through Mobile, RFID, NFC, barcode, bluetooth, hybrid apps, Indoor GPS etc. We have tried to tap global markets like Uk, Europe, Middle East, Singapore, Australia, Africa and Asia through our  Imports and Exports of mobile business applications and technology in more than 16 countries. We bring different products together on mobile space and make it available in different platforms and compatible with technology platforms and mobile platforms. Several Mobile Apps Companies are emerging throughout the world and we bring those unique products, modules, and expertise on mobile platform with our integration. We have accomplished Market Research on the possibility and expanding our Global Reach is the most  important factor for us right now.

Difficulties Faced

We did couple of products with whom we struggled a lot before the product which finally gave us success in execution easily. Compatibility of mobile handsets is a  major challenge we face across while working for the clients. Testing, checking, battery performance are really big challenges yet for enterprise mobile applications. So, the Installation  and delivery of the service is the most crucial step for us. We see customer satisfaction as prime driver for us.

Getting First Customer
Our First customer was a Pharma Company based on Pune. It was a great experience working for their blackberry platform. From their on we never looked back with our execution. Today we have a  Potential Customer base having companies like kotak bank, Onida TV, Sribio Ltd, Metropolis Ltd, Rasna International, 3i InfoTech, and SMB Markets. Almost 200 SMB and large companies are speaking to us in pipeline for their current needs. The extended market for us includes all industry segments including Retail, Pharma, Power, Insurance, Automotive and Healthcare. Lesson to learn for new mobile technologies companies is to be straight forward on Purchase orders without any hesitation when its new technology.
Choosing People
We have a small workforce, a close knit team of 5-6 employees. Most of our team deals in Marketing, Business Development and Continues Market Research. Our prime focus is to hold of potential customer base and maintain direct interaction with various organizations including the likes of Eureka Forbes, ICICI Bank etc. We believe in the self motivation and giving the best for the organization. We bring few temporary workforce at zero cost. Inspiration and Nurturing them remains prime objective for us with openness.
Leadership Skills
The feeling of being an entrepreneur is just great! As an entrepreneur, I just look for problems in the world and then try to provide a solution for it. It feels great knowing that I have actually helped solve problems that many people face. It takes a very high level of dedication, to startup your own venture.
Advice to young entrepreneurs
I think the biggest key for any entrepreneur is the determination to success. I have followed this my entire life being extremely motivated and determined in whatever I do and am willing to do anything required to be successful. I just work hard and give it my all and hope for the best. This should be a mantra for any fellow entrepreneur.
