I admire Apple. The way they have come from nowhere and led the mobile and tablet space is commendable. They are the ones who see things differently and are responsible for pushing the industry forward and creating new verticals. They define the word innovation.

Advice

I believe entrepreneurs are catalysts for social change. You should develop a strong personality and be ready to face any challenge. Your future is not determined by how well your background or current circumstances are but how well u confront adversities. Do not be afraid of failure as your willingness to fail gives you the ability and opportunity to succeed where others may
fear to tread.

Leadership Quality

There are numerous examples out there of ordinary people achieving extra ordinary feats. The most important aspects that I have picked up are attitude, courage and perseverance. An entrepreneur must understand that failure does not makes him a loser but giving up does. A successful entrepreneur leads his team from the front with his sleeves rolled up. If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become
more, you are a leader. It is true to an extent that it takes years of dedication to become an overnight success.
