Paramount/gift365.in is a professionally managed Gifting Solution House, where we offer both Gifting Solutions and GIFTS to our valued customers, we have been successfully running this business since last Eight Years.

Risks involved in business and way of addressing

There are hardly any risks in our business as at each and every point the Customer is actively involved, once in a blue moon a delivery schedule may be affected but can be solved through mutual discussion and perusal.

Most critical decision

Critical decision was Leaving cushy bank job and start my own Enterprise.I dared to dream, put prose and cons of individual enterprise, knew that the path ahead would be thorny, I would come across lots of pits & falls etc, my conscious told me not to worry, the inner voice was telling me to go ahead and face the situation and with lots of courage and determination I went ahead and reached the position of a successful entrepreneur.

Some of the difficulties faced while building product/ solution

Gaining of trust from suppliers and customers with the growing business, financial needs, infrastructure etc.

Different actions if I rebuild my company from scratch all over again

a) Not to be impulsive. b) Start with a team of like minded people. c) Not to put square pegs in to round holes.

My first customer was NIIT, Vileparle Branch, Mumbai and it was through cold call. Thereafter I did most of their NIIT centers in Mumbai through references. Through references we can grow faster. All are ready to help if you ask for it.
