Myth: "I can lose weight while eating whatever I want"-
fat food
Fact: People on a weight loss program usually need to use more calories than they eat. While it is feasible to eat anything that you want and still lose weight, you need to limit the intake of calories and/or increase your daily physical activities. Portion control is the key here. Eating foods that have less calories and eating smaller portions would help.
