Paper Tableware
Paper tableware is another over-hyped ‘eco-friendly product’ which does more harm than good. The table ware is not entirely recyclable, is for one-time use, and adds to the ever-increasing landfills. The number of trees cut down to make the tableware is startling. When people across the globe are aware of the already dwindling number of trees, does it make any sense making paper tableware? Though companies proclaim that their tableware is made out of recycled material, it still does not add to the list of renewable resources, as the quality drops significantly with each round of recycling.
