The company is vertically integrated and is active area of the oil and gas industry like exploration and production, refining, distribution and marketting, petrochemicals etc. it operates in over 90 countries and its subsidiary in united States is one of the largest businesses. Shell’s sales are $470.2 billion, profits are $30.9 billion, assets are $340.5 billion and the market value is $227.6 billion.
