Among the developers planning to work with public cloud, 54 percent specified cloud of their choice. Amazon web services lead the list with 30 percent followed by Rackspace at 10 and Microsoft Azure at 6 percent.

Language Skills

With the use of more open source technologies for production, PHP is gaining more interest among programming languages. 65 percent of SMB developers and more than 50 percent of enterprise developers spend majority of their time working in PHP. More than 33 percent of the developers use one or two additional language like Java with PHP. All this points that companies now rely on open source programming languages for development.
