Non-Violent Means to Get Point Across

non violence, anna haraze, gandhi, indiaAnna used non-violence as the weapon to cut across to the government, which shed light on his Gandhian ideologies. He made sure that all his meetings with the government representatives went on peacefully. He even went to jail when the government refused to let him go on a hunger-strike for the second time. Companies should not get intimidated by their competitors, neither should they go on a public display of what their power; i.e. stay away from publically criticizing their competitors. Anna refused to compromise when it came to getting his demands met, which was his cause; for companies the quality of their goods is the reason why people would buy their products. Thus, there should be no compromise on the quality of the products, which would ensure a strong backing from the customers which would ensure the success of the company.
Thus, with a strong core team, a strong customer base and a even stronger product or cause, Anna Hazare could bring the government to its knees; in a similar way, the companies can ensure success by having strong values, a strong core team, and quality product, which would make the competition a story of the past.
