On June 2011, a bidder spent $2.35 million for lunch with the corporate philontrophist Warren Buffett. The huge amount of money was $650,000 than the winner paid last year. Buffett auctions off a lunch take place every year for charity. The proceeds benefit GLIDE, a San Francisco charity that Mr. Buffett was introduced to by his late first wife, Susan.
