Vitage Technologies forays into Middle East for Managed Services

Bangalore: Vitage Technologies, a pioneering business service management (BSM) company, has chalked out an ambitious growth plan to go global. In tune with this strategy the company has set up a 100 percent subsidiary in UAE (Sharjah International Airport Free Zone).
With this regard, Ravi Kumar J, a core member of the management team, has re-located to Middle East for driving and managing its operations there. Vitage Technologies has already signed partners in UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and also put in place a dedicated sales team to service that market.
Commenting on the expansion, P Rangarajan, CEO, Vitage Technologies, said "We see huge potential in the Middle East market and have drawn a business plan to aggressively tap the growing IT industry. Many lucrative projects are coming up in the Middle East and Vitage Technologies is confident of penetrating the market with active support of local partners. With demand for the IT infrastructure and Managed Services significantly increasing in the Middle East region over the years, we expect 30 percent of our revenues from this region next year."
