The website was founded by Cameka Smith who holds a Master’s in Education from Northern Illinois University after serving over 10 years in the education sector. It supports women in becoming independent and successful in their endeavors using the social media. It also aims to facilitate growth through networking by providing education, information, and resources to its members. It also organizes various seminars, charity, and networking opportunities to help women expand their network, highlight their business, and producing optimum brand exposure.
