Cook’s illustrated

It is an American cooking magazine published by America’s test Kitchen in Brookline, Massachusetts, every two months. It was launched by Christopher Kimball in 1980. Along with reviews of kitchen tools and cookware, you also get products for taste tests. The bi-monthly magazine has beautiful drawings and photographs in it. The recipes are tested many times before publishing it and it has step by step illustrations on cooking methods. The magazine staff also produces PBS Cooking show ‘America’s Test Kitchen’.
