According to its Crunch Base profile, it went public in 2009 and raised over $1 billion in capital – it was the richest stock debut in the U.S. for that year. Sadly, it too registered a negative performance since it went public at -63.6 percent.  Some of Shanda’s most well-known published games include Ragnarok Online, Dungeons and Dragons Online, and The World of Legend.
