manners in which employees are brought into the organisation, The initial five to ten people hired in a startup are either family members, friends or reference from these people. “The founders do not need to micro manage such people. They are experienced and well aware of their responsibilities to perform in the organization,” said Prof. Vasanthi Srinivasan, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management, IIM-Bangalore. The work starts with the eleventh people that the company hires in terms of training and creating a work culture for their survival.
