Amedisys is the provider of home health and hospice care. But the name does not convey the message. The question arises, why they have put an "A" as the first alphabet of the name. Is it to come up first in an alphabetical list and in the SEO? Whatever the reason may be, but the name seems to be more sterile, technical and unapproachable. As the company is in providing human service, the name lacks such an emotional touch that a customer can create with the company.
