The World is going Slim
What is a picture tube? Ten years down the line we can hear this question for sure. It is on the verge of going extinct. We no longer need a three foot square table to keep a normal 21 inch TV; it can be hung on the wall. Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sony and all other major brands have given liposuctions to their TVs and the result is Ultra Slim TVs that can make skinny super models go crazy with envy. A big advantage that the slim form factor provides is the unbelievably huge screen size they can offer; to put a 66 inch TV, all you need is a wall and not half of a 20 square foot room. Brilliant, is it not?
