The Secret to Better Brainstorming
For a successful brainstorming session, it is necessary to have a right proportion of participants depending on the question you want to brainstorm on. Few questions might require a more number of female participants than on the usual days, some questions might require more experiential persons as well as the new entrants of the office. Allow each person in the room to speak, even the stone-faced persons. Moreover, if you do not understand a person's response, do not just let it go off. Stop and ask them to clarify their point of view.
