Yandex is a Russian IT company which operates the largest search engine in Russia. Yandex search was launched in September 1997 by Comp Tek, and Yandex company was founded in year 2000.
The company went public in May 2011 with a deal size of $1.304 billion and market valuation fo $8.4 billion. 52.2 million shares were offered with a price of $25 per share.
