Terror groups like Indian Mujahideen (IM) who are suspected to be involved in various blasts is been controlled by LeT  are known to use internet as a way of communication, Sources say LeT is based either in Saudi Arabia or Pakistan.

Imran Khan an alleged IM suspect, is an engineering graduate who got arrested for his involvement in terror incidents across the country, is said to be using anonymous names on internet to have a safer communication with the handlers. Abu Jundal, an alleged LeT operative had confirmed that they had carried on recruitment process through internet.

To keep a check on terrorism, state intelligence officials have planned to set up internet monitoring and analysis lab. However, the government policies and procedures have been a reason for the delay in setting up this exclusive terrorism monitoring lab.
