5) Joy to the World:

"Joy to the World" was written by Isaac Watts, an English hymn writer. As the name suggests, this song praises Jesus Christ and how his mercy and blessings are spread around the world. This song stresses upon heaven, nature and joy and also truth, grace and love. "Joy to the World" is also the name of a Mariah Carey album and a Foundation which sponsors various projects around the world.

6) Let it Snow:

"Let it Snow" was written by Sammy Cahn, a lyricist and Jule Styne, a composer. This song does not seem like a typical Christmas carol and sounds more like a love song but its essence is very meaningful. It talks about how love for dear ones can triumph over hardships of life and gives human beings the much needed strength to carry on. This song is among the best-selling songs of all time and has been covered by various artists. This song was also the inspiration for Google's "Let It Snow" option on its homepage, which was a visual delight.
