uTest launches usability testing services
Bangalore: uTest has launched its usability testing services through which one can build teams to test and use the applications. uTest also has usability experts within its community, who can create surveys and usability audits, which would help analyzing results for customers. uTest's customers can select their teams for usability testing through its global community of 25,000 software professionals, based on their personal and professional demographics. "20 e-commerce sites that employed usability testing prior to a redesign saw sales or conversion rates increase by 87 percent and traffic or visitor count increase by 95 percent," said Doron Reuveni, CEO, uTest, with reference to a recent Nielson Norman Group study. uTest's usability services allows the software professionals in the community, to deliver unbiased, high-quality feedback, which results in quick, effective and low-cost usability testing. A company can either create its own use cases and surveys, and then analyze the results itself, or uTest can provide the customer with a dedicated user experience (UX) expert. uTest UX experts are UI professionals and were recruited to the uTest community specifically for this type of work. A UX expert can create use and analyze the survey results for customers on demand. Following the launch of load testing services customers have to pay only for the usability projects they need and this will reduce their total cost of testing through this service.
