Tez Networks launches Coyote Point Equalizer in India

Bangalore: Tez Networks an IT solutions company in India with domain expertise in internet infrastructure, networking and network security has launched the Coyote Point Equalizer appliances. This will cater to the growing application load balancers and application acceleration market in India.
The Equalizer products will enable the availability of mission critical applications by monitoring servers and applications. Also users will be sent to the best performing and available server for each request. Additionally, it will accelerate applications by sending traffic to the application running on the fastest responding and least responding server.
Delip Singh, Managing Director of Tez Networks says, "Coyote Point application load balancers and application accelerations are ideal for customers who are aiming at improved application performance and better response time to enable SSL (Secure Socket Layer) acceleration, to reduce bandwidth consumption using web compression and to have global server load balancing with disaster recovery. The Equalizer product is placed in front of web servers or application servers and intelligently manages the traffic going to multiple servers."
Tez is focusing on enabling the SMEs and data centre companies by providing them products best in price and utility. The Equalizer product line includes four hardware platforms which include the E250GX, E350GX, E450GX and E650GX. Each of these systems have performance and features tailored for a unique customer. These are beneficial because of their high availability, high performance and acceleration and easier management.
Ecommerce applications and other environments requiring HTTPS/SSL security, benefit from hardware accelerated SSL offload available in the E450GX and E650GX. The E650GX flagship Equalizer provides bandwidth saving gzip compression at speed up to 1 GB/s using a hardware compression card.
The Equalizer GUI (graphical user interface) is AJAX based, easy-to-use management tool with intuitive web management interface including installation and management wizards. The system provides a consolidated view of statistics, real time status, and alerts for the servers and applications that flow through the Equalizer.
There are also a number of software licenses available from Coyote Point, which value adds to the solutions and the user can choose the best option for their application. For example, Coyote Point 'Envoy' is available as software license for E350GX and E450EX and can be used to provide multi-site or global load balancing solution with disaster recovery.
Similarly, 'VLB Advanced' is included on the E650GX and can be ordered as a licensable feature on the E350 and E450GX, provides unprecedented flexibility when deploying clusters of VMware virtual servers. Equalizer VLB Advanced offers VLB Smart Control threshold conditions for application performance and server responses and allows for automated VMware responses to application centric events.
