6. Self-directed Cars
The cars today has built in GPS, except the sumptuous cars makers like Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Volvo offer more amenities like cruise control, lane departure warning/intervention, traffic info and blind spot warning.
In future the autonomous cars, the driver's control will be discretionary. The idea may sound creepy but the cars built in with such technology will be safer. They will constantly make estimations of the road conditions with their multiple censors and there will be no disruption by text messages.
