Snapdeal introduces voucher on phone service

Bangalore: Snapdeal.com, the popular website which features deals in cities and offers discounts on various segments like dining, travel, entertainment, holidays, spa, health care, and even for shopping has announced a new service. They have introduced a voucher on phone service, reports Rahul Gupta of mobile Indian. The service allows users of snapdeal.com to avail deals bought from the website without carrying a print out of the deal. Users can carry out the transaction through the SMS message that the customer gets on the registered mobile number after buying a deal. Previously, customer had to show the physical voucher to show the avail of the offer. But now, with the new service, users just have to show the SMS to the shop attendant or the email which contains the voucher number if the user is using a GPRS phone. The service can be availed on any phone with any kind of operating systems. Through this service, Snapdeal will give its customers a better experience. At the same time the company is taking a step towards going green with saving papers. Snapdeal has initiated new services in India and expecting it to be a big hit. We can hope that customers will like the new service and hopefully it will make their job much easier.
