Bangalore: The famous hacker group Anonymous has been on the news for their fight against corruption. And their latest move that has been making news is their newly opened account 'operation India' against corruption in, Facebook and Twitter. Recently they hacked the website of government IT organization, National Informatics Centre (NIC) in support of Baba Ramdev. However, 'Operation India' has created huge outrage among the masses for hacking the official website of Indian Army. But recently, the Facebook and Twitter pages have been deleted, as many people criticized their attack on the website. Users said that they do not support hacking the page of Indian Army. But the Anonymous said that no damage was done to the Indian Army website. They had also post a video press release of the attack on You Tube. But the video has also been removed stating it as a violation of You Tube's policy against spam. But it is still not clear if the Facebook and the Twitter page was removed by the Anonymous or the Facebook and Twitter. Anonymous have also hacked the Spanish police website. And Spanish Police reported that they have arrested three hackers of the group. However, responding on the matter, Anonymous said that they did not arrest anyone as Anonymous has no group.
