Bangalore: Nokia has at last confirmed the launch of about 40 phones in 2011. The CEO of the company Stephen Elop had said earlier that Nokia will not be releasing any Windows phone 7 in 2011.But now they have confirmed about the launching of the phones. The official of the company reports that the 30 percent of the 40 models would be smartphones. The smartphones will run on Symbian platform. The most awaited categories are the Nokia E6, with QWERTY design, Nokia X7-00, the gaming device with four inch display. Nokia T7-00 has an 8 megapixel snapper and aluminum frame. The Nokia N8-01, which may come with a 960x540 qHD display. According to the International Data Corporation (IDC) figures the Nokia has faced a fall in the market share. Some experts think critically on the impact of the 40 phones, if they could make any impact on the decreasing market of Nokia, as there are so many competitors of Nokia in the market like Blackberry, Apple and Google. In some ways, the company is facing competition from the Chinese companies and some other local manufacturers. Though the pricing range of the phones is not yet mentioned, but it's expecting to be a huge factor for Nokia.
