NComputing bags deal from ESIC and Wipro for 'Project Panchdeep'

"With the constant endeavor to bring in efficient and cost-effective solutions to the customers, Wipro desktop platform with NComputing devices and software deployed will ensure effective and optimum utilization of resources at minimum cost to ESIC beneficiaries," said Ashok Tripathy, General Manager, Wipro Infotech.
NComputing's L130 thin clients will be deployed for the Panchdeep project, and over 31,000 L130s will be connected to Wipro's desktop PCs operating on Windows OS, which will then connect to the cloud computing environment in India at ESIC datacentres.
Commenting on the growth of the Ncomputing in India, the Chief Marketing Officer of NComputing, Raj Shah said, "India has been a better market for NComputing because of both lower cost and the lower operating expenses on power consumption. And, in two years, the country will be the largest market for NComputing."
