The application EmPact was showcased in SiliconIndia Mobile Application Conference. This is a cross platform mobile app on which all enterprise apps developed on CloudPact can be deployed. Once installed in any compatible phone, EmPact creates a space for enterprise apps to be deployed on it. The user provides a one time sign in to EmPact and it takes care of the rest. It sets up the enterprise apps configured for that user into an ordered home page ready for access.
The major benefit of the platform is that the developers just need to develop apps once on the platform, and the apps are portable to all major mobile market operating systems like IOS, BBOS, android and Microsoft mobile. The other benefits of the platform are decision making made mobile. Any enterprise is as agile as its ability to take decisions and execute them quickly. Flight mode smart is another application which is an extension of their office for employees on the move. The key here is the ability to deal with the fact that mobile workers need not necessarily always be online. Secure around the clock enterprise users now choose to use their personal phone to connect to work too.
The company was started in April 2011 at Hyderabad and at present it has 10 employees. It took them six months to develop their mobile solutions.
