D-Link appoints Redington as Indian National Distributor

Bangalore: D-Link, the end-to-end computer networking solutions provider for business and consumer has tied up with Redington for distribution of its products and solutions across India, reports IndiaInfoline.
D-Link had recently announced its enhanced distribution model by appointing Ingram Micro as its National distributor. D-Link has already sketched its road-map for 2010 and topping the agenda is a more focused and sturdy channel strategy. As part of this plan D-Link has partnered with Redington as its National Distributor (ND) to further strengthen its channel base.
Announcing this tie-up Rajesh Sahore, Vice President, Channel Development, D-Link (India) said, "In the current economic scenario where the market is expanding at a very fast pace and holds some great business opportunities, it is imperative for any organization to have a strong channel presence. Redington is one of the leading IT distribution players in the country and can drive D-Link business to greater heights. Its extensive network of over 50 branches, strong pre and post-sales support will certainly add value to our business and also boost D-Links growth in India."
