Buffalo Technology unveils MiniStation Lite USB 3.0

New Delhi: Buffalo Technology, a global provider of design, development and manufacturing of wired and wireless networking, storage and memory solutions, unveiled a new design for the MiniStation Lite USB 3.0. MiniStation Lite USB 3.0 is designed for mobility and enables better storage, protection and transportation of digital images.
"MiniStation Lite USB 3.0 is an innovative storage solution for consumers as it comes with simple plug and play option and features like Eco Manager and Turbo PC for windows. The MiniStation Lite is idle for secure, high speed storage and backup," said Susumu Kobayashi, Country Head, Buffalo Technology. With Turbo PC installed for windows the MiniStation Lite provides 25 percent faster transfer rate, claims Buffalo.
The company claims that designed with energy efficiency tool to conserves energy, it can reduce power usage and battery consumption especially during extended periods of inactivity. SuperSpeed USB 3.0 offers maximum transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps, 10 times faster than USB 2.0. Backed with 3 years of replacement warranty, the Buffalo MiniStation Lite USB 3.0 is available is two different capacities, such as 500 GB as well as 640 GB, available for
