Analog Devices selects MetricStream's solution

Bangalore: Analog Devices has selected Bangalore based MetricStream's GRC (governance, risk and compliance management) and QM (quality management) software platform for managing customer quality issues and related workflow systems for the company. The MetricStream software solution will support quality issue logging, failure analysis, investigation workflows and action item tracking in a collaborative fashion involving users from various geographies and functions within Analog Devices. The company is also likely to simplify and streamline data analytics and reporting to provide highly accurate metrics, performance indicators and models from quality-related data collected across its customer base and internal operations.
