What More to do When Detag
Facebook will also suggest to users additional information when they decide to detag a photo or post. Earlier, clicking on "remove tag" would purely mean your photo was no longer linked to your profile. But people had dissimilar thoughts of what removing a tag actually did, and different motivations for wanting to get rid of them.
Facebook will now exhibit a window with details about what happens when the tag is removed and the option to take additional action, like a user can prefer to remove the tag, request the person who uploaded the photo to remove it, or block the user who uploaded the photo.
