iOS browser was previously the best on the market. It is the fastest and has the most features, including full-screen, rotation lock, and the ability to open new tabs in background.
Perfect Browser had a lot of users leaving Safari behind. Now that iOS 5 is updating Safari with many features like private browsing and those crucial tabs, the upstart app is going to look much less attractive, if it's even viable at all.
