Bangalore: An International Telecommunication Union (ITU) conference on World Telecommunication Development held in Hyderabad, with the objective of improving the competition, innovation, and growth of ICT. It has brought out action plans for providing affordable Internet access, and ensuring cyber security, and local content development. ITU worked on a concept called 'Build on Broadband'- It's about completely transforming the way essential services are delivered - from e-health to e-education to e-commerce to e-government. And also helps to meet the Millennium Development Goals in every sector. According to this World's 50 percent of population must use Broadband by 2015 but it now seems that it will be a challenge. Rolling out big infrastructures will become a challenge; popularity of social networks has created a challenge to build trust. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has also created a challenge to believe. ITU think that cyber security must be made strict and all the countries should co-operate to trace out an IP of a criminal which will create and increase the confidence level.
