Tata Elxsi and A Squared teams up for children's entertainment

Bangalore: Tata Elxsi, IT arm of the Tata Group and A Squared Entertainment,an international children?s entertainment company have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a joint venture. Jointly they look forward to develop, create and distribute original brands for animated entertainment and digital gaming.
According to Andy Heyward,Co-President of A Squared Entertainment,"Combination of industry giants in the field of animation and brand management and multimedia distribution expertise is a definite boost to the rising children?s entertainment industry".Tata Elxsi?s Visual Computing Labs (VSL) provides animation, visual effects and 3D stereoscopic content for feature films,television and advertising.
"Creative and marketing skills from the Hollywood and animation production experience will be combined to create the content",said Madhukar Dev,CEO and Managing Director of Tata Elxsi.
