Synaptris launches SynChronize, its Customer Community Portal

Bangalore: Synaptris, a solution provider has announced the launch of its Customer Community Portal, SynChronize. SynChronize provides its customer-base with a platform to learn how to leverage their investments in Synaptris solutions better, collaborate with each other, adopt best practices and share knowledge. "SynChronize will help us understand our customer needs better and also enable our customers to maximize the value they derive from Synaptris solutions, thereby increasing their ability to make faster and more informed decisions based on critical data," said Nagaraj L. The key components of SynChronize include a discussion forum that allows sharing of information and ideas, a Resource Bank that includes whitepapers, product information and flash demos, key announcements and industry updates and a section on tips and tricks from Synaptris' product experts.
