The strategic acquisition will enable Ampush Media to enhance their content and technology offerings, empowering learners to find and explore high-quality educational resources online. Founded in 2009 by Nick Shah, Jesse Pujji and Chris Amos, Ampush Media acquired Academic Earth to grow its presence in online media and technology.
