Satish K Palvai founded Xactly raises $7.5 Million

San Jose: California based software firm Xactly has raised $7.5 million in a new funding, according to a regulatory filing. The identities of the investors are not disclosed. However the company said in the filing that 15 investors have participated and the investment is part of a larger, $12.5 million fund-raising effort. Xactly, founded by Satish K Palvai, provides Sales performance management softwares that help companies to track and analyze sales data and determine commissions. Previous investors include Glynn Capital Management, Cheyenne Partners, Alloy Ventures and Outlook Ventures.
