Chennai: Chennai-based Saksoft has acquired consulting services firm Synetairos Technologies, a subsidiary of Kale Consultants. Saksoft bought 49 percent from Kale Consultants and 51 percent from Prakash Alkutkar. Post-deal, Synetairos has ceased to be a subsidiary of Kale Consultants, reports BSE.
