Delusional
delusional
Though similar to a stubborn entrepreneur, a delusional entrepreneur will have his ideologies and have very strong affinity to what is untrue. Since, such an entrepreneur has such a strong belief in his ideologies that his stakeholders' words fall on deaf ears. He feels that his option would be the least risky one, and the least expensive one. But the fact is that such a state is very risky and the venture would not be equipped to face it. Such a boss is worse than a stubborn one, as the latter atleast listens to you, but the former's beliefs are unshakable. Such a entrepreneur is a kid who refuses to grow up, and stays in his own dream world, putting the company's future at stake.
